LOANS FOR STOCK INVESTMENT SECURE BY THE MONEY FROM SELLING T-DAY SECURITIES This product is designed to satisfy the borrowing demand of customers who want to invest into securities but can not get the money from selling securities yet:
a. Get the money in advance by installment: each time, customers must prepare different loan document, ACB will approve and imburse as regulation.
b. Automatically get the money in advance (overdraft loan): ACB will grant to customers one maximum limit of overdraft. When customers sell securities, ACB will automatically increase the amount that customers can use which is equivalent to the value of securities that they have sold. Customer will only have to prepare the document one time, and the limit is valid for 12 months
Target customers and Conditions:
Customers are the Vietnamese consumer who are investing into the securities at ACBS or Securities Company or having securities account at ACB.
Product features:
- Method: Term end payment, borrowing according to overdraft limit.
- Loan term: max 5 days for short loan; 12 months for getting monrey in advance according to the overdraft limit.
- Currency: VND
- Maximum loan amount: equal to amount from selling securities
Procedure:
- Loan application form , confirmation from ACBS/securities company connected with ACB regarding to the stock selling (apply for short loan)
- Legal documents
- Time for document processing: max 30 minutes
