Training Policy

Staff training and development are top priorities at ACB. The objectives are to build and to develop a team of expertise, ethic codes, professionalism, and customer service enthusiasm. Employees in ACB system are encouraged to join in profound professional training courses, which are suitable to their task functions, so that they can fulfill with efficiency the bank services, at the same time prepare for positions of higher responsibilities. ACB has build up its own Training Center with a complete curriculum including all banking services and legal knowledge, which is organized, managed, and operated following ISO 9001:2000.

 

HRACB’s team leader and managers are trained with focus on deeper strategic management, marketing management, risk management, and quality management etc. The bank also encourages and promotes sharing of skill and knowledge among the staff on the basis of continuous studying and supporting to the organization on its preparation for continuous sustainable development.

As a policy, all employees in ACB system have the opportunity to attend internal or external professional training courses, which are suitable to their task requirements; all costs are covered by the bank.

For new recruitment, ACB organizes suitable training courses such as:

  • Working orientation courses
  • ACB product training courses
  • Courses on professional skills and TCBS software preparation guides for new employee’s function (credits, teller, international settlement etc.)
For managing ranks, ACB frequently organizes the following courses:
  • ACB new products
  • Profound branch management kill focus courses
  • Career skill focus courses (selling skills, negotiation skills, problem solving skills etc.)
  • Updating and upgrading courses, and additional professional knowledge courses: up-level crediting, professional customer services etc.

Besides, with supports from foreign share holders, ACB further organizes domestic training courses as well as sends managing staff to attend knowledge upgrading courses overseas.

 

Rewarding Policy

HRACB rewarding policies are connected with business results and service qualities which the employee performs for customers. Generally, ACB operates on the following basis:

 

 

  • Minimum 13 month’s salary annually applicable for each employee
  • Besides, employees are entitled for bonuses upon efficiency and job fulfillment
  • Bonus for excellence units, employee of the year, and new idea encouragement bonus.
  • Bonus on national holidays, new years, and bank founding anniversaries

Benefit and social insurance policies

All regular ACB employees are entitled to social benefits and allowances stated in Labor Laws. Besides, employees also receive other benefits mentioned in the bank policies including poison and harm allowances, cash risk allowances, professional benefits etc.

 

Union activities and other policies

At ACB, organizations such as trade union, youth union and social unions are organized and operated following to government laws and regulations. ACB frequently organizes union activities to create a friendly active staff environment. Annually, ACB applies staff policies on holidays and uniforms. Besides ACB operates employee benefit policies such as apartment building and installment sales, periodic health checkup, and setting up of a health club. ACB specially focus on organizing social and charitable activities, by which building up a supporting and backing up environment among ACB staff members and in the society.
