1. Introduction:  Internet Banking is a service distribution channel of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB). Customers are able to know information on ACB’s products and services from anywhere.
With one computer with internet connection only, customers can login to the site www.acb.com.vn in order to: Checking account balance, card balance. Viewing and printing monthly transaction history. Seeing information on ACB’s products and services. Seeing interest rates, foreign exchange rates.
2. Service registration: Customers with an account opened at ACB will be provided a login number and password by ACB. Password given could be changed on Phone Banking or Internet Banking. Note: Password and login number are used for all services provided by Electronic Banking: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking. In order to see all the information on ACB’s products and services, please login to ACB website www.acb.com.vn In order to check account information, do the following steps: Step 1: At the area of checking account balance (on the left of the main page), input login number and password
Step 2: Inside, customers choose the items on the left of the page: account information, card information, password change and so on.
Note: For checking all transactions of demand account or card in one month, customers click on demand account number (card number) that need listing. Herein, all transaction history will be listed monthly and annually. |
