 (HCMC) on 10/06/2012, at Phu Tho Stadium, nearly 400 members of ACB from senior staffs to employees were very proud to jointly participate in blood donation in the "ACB family Festival Day "to celebrate 19 years anniversary of establishment of the Bank, to send valuable gifts to the community. In this year, ACB is fully 19 and at the age of 20 with full of confidence, bravery and steadfastness. " ACB Family Festival Day" in this year with the theme "When we are 20" is an inaugural event for a series array of activities navigating to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the ACB, including: promoting the culture of business having special characteristics of ACB; the movement of collective staff work together to contribute to the implementation of banking activities for community-focused training, improving human resources to maximize the core banking value, ... for ACB to fulfill its mission to become one of the four banks with the largest scale, operational safety and efficiency in Vietnam in 2015 - the pride of each member bank. Beside blood donation activities, "Family Festival Day - When we are 20" has attracted the participation of more than 5,000 senior executives and the staff in the area of Ho Chi Minh City. The festival is really the playground rewarding for the family members of ACB with funny movement games, each game has its own meaning associating with the operation of the ACB's orientation that want to convey to the staff. Experience and conquer the games, all together ACB members fanned the gas flame, the determination of resources for implementing the business strategy of the Bank. Over 19 years of existence and development, the Bank has confirmed its position as joint-stock commercial bank in Vietnam, is the effective address of the investment shareholders, a dedicated bank serving customers, offers customers the best products and services, is a good place to develop career and life of the collective staff, is a reliable partner in the banking and financial community, and is a member for their most contribution to society. ACB has nearly 9000 employees with per income reaching 171 million VND per year in which employees have university degrees and graduated education accounting for 93%.
