On 02 March 2008, ACB co-sponsored the " University Entry and Career Orientation program 2008" which was organized by the Youth at Hoa Binh Theater, HCMC. The program has been launched in other 7 cities and provinces including Vung Tau (01 March 2008), Hue (03 March 2008), Da Nang (09 March 2008), Ha Noi (16 March 2008), Bac Lieu (22 March 2008) and aimed to provide high-school students, particularly those from remote areas with information about university/college admission, keeping them informed of new rules and regulations while preparing for the entrance exams. The program also provide career orientation consultancy to help student identify the job which could most suit their capacities.

Human resources development is one of ACB key targets. The Bank has supported different activities such as scholarship to excellent students and students with difficult conditions in the University of Economics and Banking University; the organization of "Career Day with ACB", the "Job Fair" conducted by the University of Economics etc. and introduced various job opportunities to the graduate students.
