ACB opens 136th point of sale

Ho Chi Minh City May 30th, 2008: Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) organized an opening ceremony of the Vo Thanh Trang sub-branch at 304A Truong Chinh Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City (Tel: 08.842 7819 – Fax: 08.842 7829). Till the end of May of 2008, the banks’ total number of branches and sub-branches through out Vietnam reached 136; specifically in May 2008, ACB has opened more 15 units.

Vo Thanh Trang sub-branch operates with the following functions:

Deposits in Vietnam currency, foreign currencies and gold.
Credit to enterprise and consumer customers.
Trade finance, remittance, fast remittance by Western Union service.
Foreign exchange
International cards and domestic cards (ACB card)
Other retailing and commercial banking services.

This unit is connected with the head office and all branches, sub-branches in an online network system which allows customers to deposit at and withdraw money from any unit in the network, and provides electronic banking services (home banking, phone banking, internet banking, mobile banking…)to customers as well.
